Before this activity i thought the weather would be getting warmer and warmer. The weather unit showed how the temp. varies depending on different days and how the cloud coverage is on different days, due to the temp and precipitation. The weather did not keep going up it varied . This unit has to do with my topic by it showing the weather and how it changes, the greenhouse effect has to do with the weather and how its changing, this project showed that the weather changes and what the cloud coverage would be. I learned that you cant always be sure of what the weather will be like there's no grantee. I also learned how much weather can vary temp. wise.

The Greenhouse Effect is the process by which the Earth is warming steadily due to its absorption of radiation by the planet's atmosphere. Energy leaves the Sun through Radiation. These radioactive waves are then reflected back into space. The greenhouse effect happens all over the world, it has to do with the atmospheric gases being trapped, so therefore this effects everyone. The greenhouse effect occurs in all types of weather, its just the atmospheric gases being trapped inside that cause the warmer weather to occur all year round. This just causes it to be warmer then it usually is. The environment is not effected in a bad way, this just helps plant grow and helps warm things up. People help make this happen by burning natural gas, coal, and oil, farming and land use, factory pollution, deforestation and factory growth. The scientist know this because of the high amounts of gases that are in the air. There are no warnings issued for the greenhouse effect because it is a good thing and it helps us survive. The scientists are saying that in the future if we keep putting natural gases out there then the earth will eventually heat up and it could be a bad thing.
